What You'll Do

As a Fishmonger at CATCH SPECIALTY FISH M, you’ll play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality seafood to our customers. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Preparing and handling a variety of fresh fish and seafood.
• Cleaning, cutting, and filleting fish to meet customer needs.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring food safety standards are met.
• Assisting customers with their selections and providing expert advice on seafood preparation.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring the freshest products are available.

What We're Looking For
