Job description

Carbo Fix is looking for a well-organized and driven HR Administrative Assistant to join our human resources team. In this role, you will provide support in various HR functions, ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

    • ssist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • M
    • aintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • S
    • upport onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and necessary paperwork
  • R
    • espond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • A
    • ssist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
  • P
    • repare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and activities
  • H
    • elp with payroll processing and benefits administration
  • P
    • romote a positive workplace culture by engaging with employees and helping to address their needs
