Canizares Law Group, LLC, an established immigration law firm serving clients nationwide, is seeking a professional and compassionate Bilingual Receptionist to join our Miami office.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing excellent service to clients. Because this position is often the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance, strong communication skills and empathy are essential.
Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
  • Assist prospective and current clients in English and Spanish.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on legal consultations.
  • Explain consultation options and payment requirements.
  • Follow up with prospective clients through phone calls and text messages.
  • Accurately document calls, messages, and client information in the firm’s systems.
  • Process consultation payments and provide appropriate confirmations.
  • Monitor voicemails and return messages promptly.
  • Coordinate appointment availability with attorneys and other departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information.
  • Meet established performance expectations for call handling, follow-ups, documentation, and scheduled consultations.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish is a plus!)
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, call center, sales, or law-office experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and helping them schedule paid consultations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
  • Professional, dependable, empathetic, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple computer and telephone systems.
Position Details

  • In-office work in Miami, Florida
  • Monday through Friday
