The Admin Office role supports the smooth operation of the office by managing data entry, document handling, and office supplies. Reporting to the Office Manager, this position works primarily with internal staff and utilizes Microsoft 365 and standard office software. This is a part time job with typical hours being 9am-3:30pm, (Monday-Thursday) and includes tasks such as deliveries to maintain office efficiency.

- Manage, organize, and file documents efficiently
- Oversee inventory and ordering of office supplies
- Maintain comprehensive record keeping for office operations
- Handle deliveries as required
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in office administration
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
