Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist – Sundays + Growth Opportunity

Oxy Dental North Hollywood is looking for a motivated, confident, and experienced Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone looking to work every other Sunday or every Sunday, depending on availability, with the opportunity for additional weekdays as our practice continues to grow.

We are a busy, fast-paced dental office looking for someone who enjoys helping patients, communicates confidently, and has a strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment coordination.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients

• Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries

• Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options

• Collect patient payments

• Follow up with unscheduled treatment

• Coordinate with the clinical team to provide an exceptional patient experience

• Maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office or treatment coordinator experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of PPO dental insurance, including eligibility, benefits, deductibles, annual maximums, and patient estimates

• Knowledge of Medi-Cal/Denti-Cal insurance verification and billing is highly preferred

• Confident presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office

• Experience with Curve Dental is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
