What You'll Do
- Lead the development of web-based SaaS products with a strong focus on user experience and product performance.
- Analyze user behavior across CAKE.com products to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Leverage customer insights from support and marketing teams, along with product analytics, to guide product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with design and development teams to turn insights into intuitive, user-centric product features.
- Continuously iterate on the product to enhance usability, delight users, and support business goals.
Must-Haves
- 5+ years of experience, preferably with a focus on web-based SaaS products.
- Experience in product data analysis and SaaS product metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes.
- Amenable to working On-site (Palo Alto office).
Nice-To-Haves
- Experience in marketing and/or customer support.
- Experience with productivity software.
- Design and coding skills.
