Position Overview

The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis to inform business decisions. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, improve processes, and ensure financial accuracy. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for both companies
• Prepare and review financial reports and statements
• Monitor cash flow and key performance indicators
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Collaborate with teams across both businesses to provide financial insights
• Contribute to projects that enhance financial efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles (including internships or rotational programs)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and basic accounting principles
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Interest in professional growth and taking on increasing responsibility
