We are seeking a skilled Cook/Chef specializing in Philippine cuisine to independently manage our kitchen operations. This role involves preparing authentic dishes, developing menus, ensuring food safety, and presenting meals with excellence. The successful candidate will work regular shifts, including some weekends, utilizing traditional cooking equipment to deliver high-quality culinary experiences.

• Prepare authentic Philippine dishes with consistency and quality
• Develop and refine menus to showcase traditional flavors
• Manage kitchen operations independently ensuring smooth workflow
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Plate and present dishes attractively for service

Required Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in culinary arts

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in culinary arts with focus on food preparation and menu planning
• Strong sanitation and safety knowledge
• Excellent knife skills and time management
• Creativity in dish development and presentation
• Proven teamwork and attention to detail
