We are hiring for the following roles:

• Front of House: Barista, Counter Server, Cashier, Busser, Food Runner
• Back of House: Lead Line Cook, Line Cook, Dishwasher

Overview

We’re looking for a Food Runner to help keep service flowing smoothly by connecting our kitchen and guests. In this role, you’ll ensure every dish and beverage is delivered promptly, accurately, and with care—bringing energy, professionalism, and a friendly presence to the floor.

You’ll build strong menu knowledge, support the service team during busy moments, and help uphold the high service standards The Buttery is known for. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment where collaboration, great food, and great service come together.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to tables with accuracy and care.
• Share dish details with guests upon drop-off and answer basic menu questions.
• Clear tables and keep service areas organized.
• Support bussers, counter team and baristas to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable carrying warm plates and mugs and walking/standing for extended periods.
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required.
