What You'll Do
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our delicious baked goods make it to our customers' doors with care and quality. This is not your average packing or shipping position-our high-volume food manufacturing facility requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a love for learning. Your responsibilities will include:

• Packaging and shipping orders with precision.
• Baking our signature products.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Assisting customers when needed.
• Operating commercial ovens and working with dough.
• Moving between departments to learn and adapt to seasonal needs.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Here's what you'll need to succeed:

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to follow instructions and be trainable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read small print for product flavors and quantities.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds, work on your feet for extended periods, and handle the demands of working with dough.
• Willingness to meet food safety dress code requirements (no piercings, jewelry, false nails, nail polish, or false lashes).
• Ability to work in and out of a freezer as needed.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
