Reports to: Hybrid Fulfillment Department Head, Director of Fulfillment

The Hybrid Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packaging, processing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role utilizes Bumperactive's warehouse systems to process orders, verify inventory, and prepare shipments for delivery. Employees are expected to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities and procedures, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work.

This is a seasonal position and can not guarantee work after November 3rd, 2026

Core Responsibilities

Pick, package, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Verify product quality, order accuracy, and packaging requirements before shipment.

Select appropriate packaging materials based on product specifications.

Correct shipping address issues when identified.

Process orders using the Bumperactive BAS System, Ordoro, and Franklin.

Create, split, bulk print, and process orders as assigned.

Utilize Franklin pick lists to complete Hybrid Fulfillment picking operations.

Identify out-of-stock SKUs and communicate inventory shortages to the Department Head.

Reset SKUs within Franklin runs as directed.

Locate products using warehouse management software.

Adjust inventory locations within Ordoro when assigned.

Count, weigh, and verify products during the fulfillment process.

Inspect products for defects and remove damaged items from production.

Label packages and complete required shipping documentation.

Transport completed orders to designated staging and loading areas.

Operate Zebra printers and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Communicate inventory issues, packaging supply shortages, and workflow concerns to department leadership.

Support other warehouse departments as operational needs require.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations.

Complete daily housekeeping responsibilities and assist with department closing procedures.

Work overtime when business demands require additional staffing.

Attention to Detail: Consistently produce accurate orders while identifying discrepancies before shipment.

Warehouse Systems: Working knowledge of the Bumperactive BAS System, Ordoro, Franklin, and related warehouse software.

Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and productivity.

Problem Solving: Ability to resolve inventory discrepancies, missing products, and shipping issues efficiently.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.

Time Management: Ability to maintain productivity and meet established packing and fulfillment standards.

Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using warehouse software, printers, and shipping systems.

Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new procedures, software, and operational processes.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift products, assemble packaging materials, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks.

Teamwork: Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.

Reliability: Demonstrates professionalism through punctuality, dependability, and consistent work performance.

Other Duties as Assigned: Execute additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor, including duties that may occasionally fall outside the primary scope of this job description.
