Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Denver, CO. This position oversees construction and remodeling projects from planning through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing subcontractors, monitoring jobsite progress, facilitating inspections, ensuring materials and equipment are available when needed, and resolving issues that could impact timelines or quality. The Project Manager regularly communicates with clients, provides status updates, documents project milestones, and ensures adherence to safety standards, building codes, and company processes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to streamline material orders, permits, and approvals.
  • Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills to plan, execute, and deliver construction and remodeling projects on time and within budget.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to coordinate, prepare for, and support building and safety inspections throughout each project.
  • Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage schedules, deliveries, and jobsite resources effectively.
  • Experience in residential and commercial construction, including remodels and tenant improvements, is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, manage multiple projects, and maintain detailed documentation is expected.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
