Appointment Setter — BuildSignals

BuildSignals helps residential remodeling contractors land more booked jobs. We're hiring a setter to work a list of contractor leads, run our script, and book qualified appointments onto our calendar.

What you'll do:

  • Make outbound calls to contractor leads daily
  • Run our proven script — no cold, from-scratch pitching
  • Book qualified prospects onto our calendar for a growth call
  • Log activity and outcomes in our CRM

Pay: Base salary plus commission per booked appointment that converts to a client — the better you are on the phone, the more you make on top of your base.

You're a fit if:

  • You're comfortable on the phone and can handle rejection without it slowing you down
  • You're consistent — you show up and put in the reps daily
  • Contracting/home services or sales experience is a plus, not required
  • You're based in the U.S. with strong spoken English
