Your Role as a Rockstar Technician:

  • Diagnose and Repair: Use your expertise to accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, from brakes and hydraulics to advanced electrical and computer systems.
  • Customer Interaction: Clearly explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to customers in a way they can understand, ensuring they feel confident in the services provided.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve with rapidly changing automotive technology through ongoing training sessions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your fellow technicians and support their growth and development, contributing to a high-performance culture.
  • Maintain Standards: Keep your work area organized, neat, and safe, ensuring all vehicles leave the shop with no unresolved issues.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an automotive technician, with strong mechanical diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification: ASE Certifications are a plus but not required; we value experience and a willingness to learn.
  • Mindset: A proactive and accountable individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to excellence.
