Job description

Position
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Description
Our team makes us who we are, and our team sets us apart.
The Shandy Clinic fundamentally believes that the best teams drive the best clinical outcomes. We are continuing to build the best team to help every child have the opportunity to live their very best lives.
A BCBA's fundamental role is to help every child who we serve achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential. Our current team of BCBAs is remarkable: they are passionate, deeply motivated to serve children, hilarious, brilliant, and work relentlessly hard every day to achieve the best outcomes.
The Shandy Clinic is an owner-operated organization, and serving our patients is at the center of everything we do. We fundamentally believe that our multi-disciplinary, fully integrated, approach drives better clinical outcomes and helps ensure success in the home, classroom, and community. Our team works with patients in both land and aquatic settings (select locations) in a one-on-one ratio. Our full-time team includes Speech, Physical, and Occupational therapists, as well as ABA specialists (select locations) and Clinical Psychologists (select locations) to provide the most comprehensive and collaborative care to our patients and their families. Again, a Speech-Language Pathologist's fundamental role is to help every child who we serve achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply, as we offer an extensive training and mentorship program!
Our core principles and driving beliefs for the BCBA role: 1) We believe in growth and unlimited human potential. 2) We believe in deep support 3) We believe in investing in quality.
At the Shandy Clinic, we value Integrity, Service, Efficiency, and Excellence and are looking for highly motivated behavior analysts to join our Interdisciplinary team. At Shandy you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other service providers to provide a continuum of care to clients and their families. We offer a variety of services, including Occupational, Speech, and Physical therapy, in addition to Applied Behavior Analysis services and autism evaluations. We believe in the coordination of care to support optimal outcomes for our clients. Additionally, we offer the following:
  • 4 Day work weeks: We recognize the demands of this position and believe in a work/life balance. You have the opportunity as a full-time team member to work four-day work weeks (8:00am-6:00pm), with pre-scheduled mandatory quarterly training on the 5th week day.
  • Center based services: We value the opportunity to support access to effective supervision of RBT's and program oversight, in addition to effective coordination of care.
  • Full time Registered Behavior Technicians: Through consistent training and guaranteed hours, we invest in our RBT's, to ensure they can invest in providing exceptional services to our clients. This also provides the opportunity to better support BCBA's with clinically appropriate tasks.
  • Family training: All families are required to participate in training activities to support the generalization and maintenance of skills acquired, in addition to strategies identified within behavior intervention plans.

If you are ready to join our highly skilled team of therapists to help children and families succeed, then please apply and hopefully join OUR amazing family!
