As an Insurance Producer at Bryan Howell Agency/Farmers Insurance, you will:

• Develop new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and following up on leads

• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options

• Present and explain policy details in a clear, professional, and customer-focused manner

• Achieve sales goals through proactive outreach and effective closing strategies

• Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy reviews, renewals, and claims assistance

• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to agency growth

• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Active Idaho Insurance License (Property & Casualty required; Life & Health preferred)

• Proven sales experience in insurance or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency with computers and CRM systems for managing client accounts and leads
