Key Responsibilities
Painting: Surface prep, taping, drywall patching, and interior/exterior painting.
Cleaning: Post-construction cleanup, trash removal, and property turnovers.
Construction & Assembly: Light repairs, hardware/fixture assembly, and site cleanup.
Requirements
Strong work ethic, dependability, and pride in your work
Prior experience in painting, deep cleaning, or site labor
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle daily physical work
Reliable transportation and strong communication
