We are actively hiring
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for both
day (7AM-7PM) and
night (7PM-7AM) shifts at our
Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) in Kingstree, SC.

What You'll DoAs a DSP, you'll play a critical role in providing care, structure, and support to youth experiencing behavioral and mental health challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily living activities (hygiene, meals, routines)
- Monitoring and engaging with individuals throughout your shift
- Implementing behavioral and therapeutic interventions
- Ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Documenting behaviors, activities, and incidents accurately
- Collaborating with clinical, medical, and operations teams
- Participating in recreational and community-based activities
What We're Looking For- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
- Strong communication skills and patience
- Ability to stay engaged, alert, and responsive throughout shift
- Basic computer skills
Schedule- 12-hour shifts (7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM)
- Rotating schedule: work only 7 days every 14 days
