Construction Supervisor (Telecom Fiber) Lima, Ohio Contract Position | Company Vehicle Provided | Immediate Need

Our client is seeking a Construction Supervisor to support a major fiber network deployment project in the Dayton/Lima, Indiana market. This role will oversee outside plant (OSP) construction activities, manage contractors, ensure quality and safety compliance, and help keep projects on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily OSP fiber construction activities
• Manage contractors and field crews
• Monitor project schedules, production, and quality
• Conduct field inspections and ensure work meets customer specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Track project progress and provide status updates
• Resolve field issues and support timely project completion

Qualifications

• Experience supervising telecommunications or fiber construction projects
• Strong knowledge of OSP fiber construction practices
• Experience managing subcontractors and field personnel
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market
