Job Description

Brixton Corp is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team in Boston, MA.

In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. You will help maintain an organized front desk, support daily office operations, and ensure every interaction reflects the professionalism and service standards of Brixton Corp.

This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with different people throughout the day.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Manage front desk activities and maintain an organized reception area
  • Assist with scheduling, appointments, and internal coordination
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and basic administrative documentation
  • Support different departments with general administrative tasks
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members
  • Help ensure daily office operations run smoothly
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment
