Position: Luxury Order Fulfillment Specialist – Fine Jewelry

Are you someone who takes pride in precision, elegance, and consistency? Do you enjoy making every unboxing feel like a gift? At Brilliance.com, we’re looking for a thoughtful, detail-obsessed professional to help fulfill luxury jewelry orders — where how it’s shipped matters as much as what’s inside.

What You'll Do:

  • Curate and Pack Jewelry Orders: Select pieces from our fine jewelry inventory with 100% accuracy and prepare them for safe and stylish delivery.
  • Create a Premium Unboxing Experience: Present items in our signature packaging with care and aesthetic sense — ribbons, tissue, tags, and all.
  • Ensure On-Time, Error-Free Shipping: Use systems like ShipStation or Easyship to prepare daily shipments and coordinate with trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
  • Treat Every Order Like a $10,000 Ring (because it might be).

âś… Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience in boutique-level e-commerce, luxury retail, or order fulfillment involving small, high-value items (jewelry, cosmetics, watches, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail — you triple-check your work before you say “done”
  • Polished presentation skills: you have an eye for symmetry, neatness, and luxury appeal
  • Familiarity with shipping/label software (a plus, not required)
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — the kind of person others trust with the delicate stuff

Who This Role is NOT For:

  • People looking for general warehouse, heavy-lifting, or mass-volume fulfillment work
  • Courier, food delivery, or industrial backgrounds not involving delicate or luxury handling
  • Anyone who rushes work or “eyeballs it” instead of checking details

This is not a production-line job. It's about precision, presentation, and pride.

Compensation

  • Competitive Salary: $40,000 – $47,500/year, depending on experience and performance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Health Insurance
  • Paid Time Off:
    • 5 Paid Vacation Days (after 1 year)
    • Paid Legal Holidays (New Year’s, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.)

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Occasional weekends during holiday rushes
