JobSummary:
JoinourcompassionateanddedicatedteamasaComplianceandPrivacyOfficer(CPO),whereyouwillplayavitalroleinsafeguardingtheintegrityandcomplianceofourorganization.Yourexpertisewilldirectlycontributetoensuringadherencetofederalandstatelaws,includingHIPAA,whilefosteringacultureofethicalconduct.Inthisessentialrole,youwillcollaboratewithleadership,promotebestpractices,andsupportthemissionofhelpingothersthroughyourcommitmenttocompliance.

As a CPO, you will ensure that our compliance and privacy program operates effectively within assigned markets, providing a trusted resource to staff and leadership alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workcollaborativelywithmarketleadershiptoimplementandmaintaintheenterprisecomplianceandprivacyprogramwithinanassignedmarket.
• Serveastheprimarycomplianceandprivacyresourcefortheassignedmarket.
• Monitorcompletionofonboardingandannualcomplianceandprivacyeducationandtrainingtostaffandleadership.
• Providecompliancetrainingforstaffandleadershipasnecessary.
• Assistwiththedevelopment,implementation,andmonitoringofthemarket'sadherencetoenterprisepolicies,procedures,andstandards.
• Receiveandinvestigatecompliance,integrity,andprivacyconcernsinatimelymanner.
• Preparetimely,comprehensivewritteninvestigationreportsdocumentingfacts,analysis,rootcause,andapplicablelaws,regulations,andorganizationalpolicies.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegreewithaminimumofthree(3)yearsofexperienceinhealthcarecompliance,regulatorycompliance,orarelatedfield;ORJurisDoctor(JD)degree.
• Knowledgeofhealthcarecomplianceandprivacyregulations,includingHIPAAand42CFRPart2.
• Abilitytomanageconfidentialandsensitiveinformationwithprofessionalismanddiscretion.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experienceinbehavioralhealthorsocialservicesispreferred.
• Priorexperiencesupportingcomplianceinvestigations,audits,ormonitoringactivitiesispreferred.
• Professionalcomplianceorprivacycertification(e.g.,CHC,CHPC)preferred.
