Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to effectively identify clients' needs while crafting tailored treatment plans that promote their overall well-being.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that encourage open discussions about mental health challenges and offer a supportive community for attendees.
• Engage monthly with psychiatrists and fellow therapists to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for all patients, adhering to best practices in treatment collaboration.
• Provide crisis intervention support, helping clients navigate mental health emergencies with composed and compassionate care.
• Educate patients on their conditions, possible treatments, and available community resources to enhance their awareness and self-management.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient privacy and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Preferred Experience
