Position Highlights: Full-Time On-Site Fort Worth, TX Salary: $70,000 $87,000 per year Requirements: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience • Previous behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience required Responsibilities: • Provide direct nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting • Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans • Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team • Deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care while following established behavioral health protocols
