About the Role:
Bright Horizon Care LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Huntington Beach, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by helping homeowners and businesses recover and rebuild after unexpected damage. Responsibilities:
  • Perform water, fire, smoke, and mold damage restoration services for residential and commercial properties
  • Conduct initial damage assessments and document findings with photos and written reports
  • Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters
  • Perform demolition and debris removal of damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation
  • Apply antimicrobial treatments and perform mold remediation procedures
  • Communicate clearly with property owners, adjusters, and project managers throughout the restoration process
  • Maintain, clean, and organize equipment, vehicles, and job site areas
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in restoration, construction, or a related trade preferred
  • IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, or similar) is a plus but not required
  • Ability to operate restoration equipment and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call and emergency response shifts
