About Bright Pathways ABA
Over the past several years, we've spent a lot of time listening to BCBAs, RBTs, and other professionals across the ABA field.
One theme came up again and again: too many clinicians feel unsupported, unheard, and disconnected from the organizations they work for.
Many entered the field because they wanted to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. Somewhere along the way, productivity metrics, staffing shortages, and administrative burdens began to overshadow the reasons they entered the profession in the first place.
Bright Pathways was founded with a simple belief: if we want better outcomes for children and families, we must also create a better experience for the clinicians serving them.
That belief influences how we make decisions, how we support our team, and how we think about growth.
We strive to build a company where clinicians have a genuine voice, where collaboration is valued, where leadership remains accessible, and where people are encouraged to contribute ideas that help move the organization forward.
We're still early in our journey, which means there is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the company. Every new team member has the ability to influence not only the lives of the children and families we serve, but also the culture and direction of the organization itself.
About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Clinical Director to help support and develop our growing clinical team throughout Texas.
This role is different from many traditional Clinical Director positions.
We are not looking for someone to step into a large, established organization with layers of management and a fully built infrastructure. We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to help build.
Initially, this role will be a blend of direct clinical work and clinical leadership responsibilities. The Regional Clinical Director will maintain a BCBA caseload while also helping support clinicians, onboard new staff, provide mentorship, and strengthen our clinical culture.
As Bright Pathways continues to grow, the leadership portion of the role is expected to expand, creating an opportunity for the right person to grow alongside the organization.
This position reports directly to the Founder and Executive Director.
