Bright Kickers Academy LLC, operating as KIDSUNITED Lake Ridge, is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Membership Sales & Community Outreach Representative to help launch one of Northern Virginia's newest youth soccer clubs.

This is a unique opportunity to become a founding team member and play a critical role in building our membership before our Grand Opening. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, working independently, and making a measurable impact, we'd love to meet you.

Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping children and families discover an exciting new soccer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generate new memberships during the club's pre-sale campaign.
• Build relationships with prospective families throughout the community.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communications with prospective members.
• Represent Bright Kickers Academy at community events, schools, festivals, and promotional activities.
• Develop partnerships with schools, HOAs, childcare centers, local businesses, and community organizations.
• Schedule and conduct club tours and informational meetings.
• Track leads, membership opportunities, and sales activities using company systems.
• Meet and exceed weekly membership and sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from the first interaction through enrollment.
• Assist with Grand Opening activities and promotional events.
• Serve as a positive ambassador for Bright Kickers Academy and the KIDSUNITED brand.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Sales, customer service, hospitality, or community outreach experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with parents, children, and community leaders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Experience using CRM or lead management systems is a plus.
• Passion for youth sports is highly desirable.
• Reliable transportation for community outreach and events.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage based on experience, plus performance-based incentives.

During the pre-sale phase, team members have the opportunity to earn additional membership enrollment bonuses by achieving individual sales goals and contributing to the successful launch of the club. Additional performance incentives may be available for exceeding membership milestones and supporting key Grand Opening objectives.

Bright Kickers Academy LLC, operating as KIDSUNITED Lake Ridge, is bringing a unique youth soccer and child development experience to the Northern Virginia community.

KIDSUNITED uses soccer as an educational tool to help children ages 1.5 to 9 develop physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually. Our programs combine high-energy soccer instruction with age-appropriate activities designed to build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and important life skills.

As we launch our new Lake Ridge location, we are building a team of energetic, dependable, and passionate professionals who enjoy working with children and families and want to make a positive impact in the community.
