Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing a therapeutic alliance while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
  • Conduct regular individual sessions to review clients’ progress, discussing their stability and planning for future appointments or discharge as warranted.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique history and therapeutic goals.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of clinical notes, treatment plans, and client interactions to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver therapy sessions and document client interactions, keeping abreast of the latest telehealth protocols and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a varied patient population, including adults, children, and families with a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our commitment is to provide services in the least restrictive environment, ensuring every client feels safe, supported, and empowered to pursue growth and healing.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.
  • Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an unrestricted and active license.
  • Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, providing direct psychotherapy services.
  • Proficiency in computer software systems, including Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY, to effectively manage client documentation and communications.
Preferred Experience

Experience working specifically in teletherapy settings and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be considered assets. Candidates with additional certifications or specializations in areas such as trauma-informed care, family therapy, or child and adolescent counseling will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits
