Job Description

Deliver comprehensive dental care, including diagnoses, treatment planning, and a wide range of general dentistry procedures.
Clearly and respectfully communicate treatment plans and options to patients, ensuring they understand their oral health needs.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal patient experience.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Engage in continuous professional development and learning.

Salary Range

Full-time $149,600 - $191,200 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- 30% of Production

Shift & Schedule

Monday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Tuesday: 7 AM – 7 PM
Wednesday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Thursday: 8 AM – 6 PM
Friday: Closed
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

Requirements

• Licensed dentist

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Current and active Utah dental license.
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with patients and team members.
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and commitment to follow-through.
Strong attention to detail and precision in clinical practice.
A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Adherence to values of accountability, integrity, and respect.

Preferences

Two or more years of clinical experience.
A keen interest in personal growth, leadership, and long-term career development.
Experience with modern dental technology and digital systems.
