Job Description

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to maximize Soldier performance and improve Brigade readiness in the MSK, Mental Health, and Sleep Readiness Domains.

Develop programs in collaboration with the H2F Human Performance Team to optimize performance behaviors and mitigate injury risk.

Perform formal evaluations and Screen in various areas such as: MSK, cognitive, functional activities of daily living (FADL's), tactical adaptive skills, sleep, and tactical work and MOS role performance.

Plan, coordinate, and implement group and individual treatments and programming.

Apply therapeutic modalities and implement new evidence based integrative techniques and technologies.

Collaborate and participate on an interdisciplinary team to deliver the best rehabilitation and wellness care for the brigade.

Develop and teach informational programs aimed to educate Soldiers within the brigade on ways to improve function, protect joints, conserve energy, optimize ergonomics, appropriately manage time, and cognitive strategies.
