Potential Full-Time Opportunity for a Strong Performer!Hospitality Services Group (HSG) is hiring an experienced Cook to join a busy healthcare food service team.If you know your way around a professional kitchen, can handle short-order cooking, follow recipes, and prepare food in larger batches, we want to hear from you!The current assignment is expected to continue through the end of August/beginning of September, with the potential to become a full-time opportunity for a strong performer.What You'll Do:Prepare food according to recipes and established standardsHandle made-to-order tickets and short-order cookingPrepare burgers and other menu itemsComplete daily food prepPrepare large-batch itemsPrepare trays and replenish food as neededMaintain food quality and proper portionsKeep your station clean and organizedFollow food safety and sanitation standardsWhat We're Looking For:Previous professional cooking experience REQUIREDComfortable with short-order and batch cookingAble to read and follow recipes independentlyFast, organized, and quality-focusedDependable and punctualReliable transportationAbout HSG: Hospitality Services Group provides hospitality and food service staffing solutions nationwide, including support for healthcare facilities, hotels, events, and other hospitality operations.Experienced cook looking for your next opportunity?
