As a Line Cook at Bridgeland, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy every bite. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation throughout service.
• Assisting with food preparation and ensuring ingredients are fresh and ready to use.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe kitchen environment.

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Skills: Strong knife skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to Quality: A passion for preparing high-quality food and maintaining consistency in every dish.
