BridgeCare is dedicated to the mission that all families should have access to quality early childhood care and education (ECCE). We support this mission through a platform dedicated to administering and managing early childhood education programs and providers and helping families discover quality care and education.


Our passionate team of engineers is dedicated to making the BridgeCare platform the most robust, extensible, configurable and delightful tool possible to meet the needs of our government agency partners and the network of amazing ECCE providers and families we support.

Requirements:

We are growing our team and we have a lot of exciting work ahead of us. We are looking for strong software engineers to join our team and make meaningful contributions to our platform. We are looking for full-stack candidates who meet the following criteria:


  1. 5+ years of deep experience developing robust, scalable, and secure web applications. You write clear, tested, self-documenting code.
  2. A strong background in Ruby on Rails
  3. Experience building, documenting, and implementing APIs.
  4. Fluency in at least one modern Javascript framework (Vue, React, etc.)
  5. Solid understanding of and experience in standard test frameworks (Rspec, Capybara, etc)
  6. Strong attention to detail in crafting clear, pleasant and accessible user experiences.
