We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our agency team. This role is about more than providing great service—you will build relationships with our customers, solve problems, identify insurance needs, and help our agency grow.

On-Target Earnings: $75,000-$125,000+

Base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
• Assist customers with coverage questions, policy changes, billing, claims, and other service needs.
• Conduct insurance reviews and help customers understand their coverage and options.
• Identify opportunities to better protect customers with additional products and services.
• Follow up with customers and prospects consistently.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for additional insurance conversations.
• Take ownership of customer needs and follow through until they are resolved.
• Maintain accurate and timely customer records.
• Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals.

Licensing

• Property Casualty license — must have or be able to obtain
• Life Health license — must have or be able to obtain
