Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, has opportunities forCertified Nurse Aides (CNA's). We welcome applications from new CNA's as well as experienced CNA's.

Full-time and part-time employment opportunities are typically available on all shifts, in our Skilled Care areas: Skilled Nursing Facility or Short Term Rehabilitation Center.

  • Newly-certified Nurse Aides start at $22.50 / hour, with higher rates for experienced CNA's.
  • Brethren Village's CNA's enjoy relatively low Resident to CNA ratios, and have the opportunity to establish caring relationships with our Residents.
  • Brethren Village CNA's receive extensive, paid on-the-job training and orientation, and on-going support and guidance.
  • For new CNA's, Brethren Village will reimburse your Nurse Aide training costs.
  • Brethren Village offers our CNA's competitive pay rates and generous shift differentials ($3.00 extra per hour on the evening shift, $2.00 extra per hour on the night shift, plus $1.00 extra per hour on weekends).
  • Brethren Village is large enough to offer a variety of work schedules to meet your needs, and to offer advancement opportunities throughout our facilities.

Typical Work Schedules

  • Full-time, benefits-eligible, 37.5 hours per week: 7.5 and 11.5-hour per day schedules are typically available on all shifts; work days will vary a bit from week to week and typically include periodic weekends and every other holiday
  • Part-time: part-time schedules are typically available on all shifts
