Job description

Salary: 100,000-200,000 per year

Brennan Behavior Group has immediate opportunities for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts interested in working with clients aged 7-18 years in the clinical setting, to join our behavioral intervention team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, Clinical Psychologists, and Social Workers. BCBAs at Brennan Behavior Group enjoy independence and flexibility in their schedules and a competitive income.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Design and implement behavior programs that are effective and individualized for each learner.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians working one-on-one with learners.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans.
  • Create and provide behavior-related trainings to parents and staff.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Current BCBA certification/BCaBA certification
  • Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Louisiana or license eligible
  • At least 1-year of experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for children with autism and/or other developmental disorders.
  • Experience in training parents and instructors in how to implement interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills, able to work as a collaborative and supportive team leader.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and follow-up with multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Knowledge and experience with DTT, VB, NET
  • Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, FBA, MOTAS

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
