Broker responsibilities are:

• Helping manage buy/seller relationships
  

• Managing pipeline of commercial business
  

• Negotiate sales contracts
  

• Ensuring that customer needs are being satisfied

Commercial Broker requirements are:

• Fully Licensed Illinois Broker
  

• Experience in the sales field

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
