Job description

Salary: $90,000-$120,000 per year

We are seeking a fully licensed Clinical Team Lead to join our leadership team in Metro Atlanta. This is a full-time 40 hours per week, onsite role responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting staff development while delivering high-quality, client-centered care. The Clinical Team Lead plays a critical role in program development, clinical governance, and ensuring effective service delivery across our Child & Family Behavioral Health programs. Fully Licensed Clinician required (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Program Oversight

  • Provide leadership for DFCS and Behavioral Health (BH) programs, supporting agency growth and development
  • Oversee case flow processes including prescreening, intake, assessment, case assignment, case management, re-authorization, and discharge
  • Ensure compliance with DBHDD, DFCS, CARF, DATEP, CMO C&A Guidelines, and DHS contract requirements
  • Monitor clinical documentation, treatment plans, and service delivery to ensure continuity of care and quality outcomes
  • Conduct internal audits of client records and implement improvements as needed
  • Provide updates to executive leadership regarding program performance and development

Staff Supervision & Development

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Support staff development through training, coaching, and in-service education
  • Facilitate Treatment Team Meetings and promote interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Assign caseloads and monitor productivity and performance

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to clinical governance standards and promote excellence in care delivery
  • Manage workflows and staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
  • Maintain readiness for audits and reduce organizational liability
  • Support utilization of EMR systems (e.g., eCase, ShareNote) for documentation efficiency

Program Improvement & Collaboration

  • Participate in Performance & Quality Improvement (PQI) initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Assist in designing and implementing strategic marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Attend internal leadership meetings and external provider/agency meetings
  • Develop community resources and referral partnerships

Additional Duties

  • Process referrals and manage waiting lists
  • Assist with new hire orientation and ongoing training
  • Create and update program forms and documentation tools
  • Complete billable services including assessments as required
