Join Brazos Home Care as a CNA Care Expert and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by providing compassionate care that brings comfort and dignity right to their homes. In this role, you will support clients with daily living activities, ensuring their well-being and promoting independence in a safe and respectful environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
  • Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the supervisory team.
  • Assist with medication reminders and follow care plans as directed.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to promote clients’ mental and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably in clients’ homes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately.
  • Background check and any required immunizations as per company policy.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Reliable vehicle, active car insurance and valid driver's license required.
