Summary of Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst is a strategic leader driving financial optimization, operational efficiency, and strategic execution. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leadership, translating corporate strategy into actionable operational plans. This role will leverage data analytics and ERP infrastructure to evaluate financial performance, identify process gaps, and lead cross-functional execution initiatives.
Participates in strategic planning for the Pulse Business Unit.

Responsibilities Activities

Strategic Execution Drive the implementation of long-term corporate initiatives, tracking progress against strategic milestones and operational KPIs.

Financial Modeling Develop robust financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI projections to evaluate new business ventures and operational investments.

Operational Optimization Analyze end-to-end operational workflows to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and maximize resource utilization.

Performance Reporting Design or partner with IT on executive-level dashboards and financial reports to communicate variance analysis, trends, and strategic forecasts.

Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Finance, Operations & Supply Chain, and IT leadership to ensure corporate strategies align with day-to-day operational execution.

Change Management Lead stakeholders through business transformations, ensuring organizational alignment and minimal operational disruption.

Technical Skills/Competencies (Technical Knowledge, Education and Experience)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA highly preferred)
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, financial operations, or strategic business analysis
• Proficiency in JD Edwards (JDE) or other tier 1 ERP for financial and operational data tracking.
• Expert capabilities in Microsoft Excel & Power BI to build predictive strategic dashboards.
