Position Summary
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with occasional Saturday coverage.
The Warehouse Associate executes daily warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, inventory management, and facility organization. This role ensures inventory is handled accurately and efficiently in alignment with client requirements and company standards, while supporting operational flow, inventory integrity, and a clean, safe warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in accordance with client specifications and shipping deadlines, verifying all labels to ensure correct product selection and accurate destination routing.
- Safely package merchandise to prevent damage during transit and load completed orders onto trucks or shipping containers following safety procedures.
- Receive, unload, inspect, and palletize incoming shipments, including floor-loaded containers as needed.
- Process warehouse returns in accordance with client guidelines, including inspection, sorting, reconditioning, proper disposition, and accurate system updates.
- Inspect inventory for accuracy and condition; identify and promptly report missing, damaged, or incorrect materials to the Warehouse Manager.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify appropriate parties of low stock or discrepancies.
- Store and label products accurately within designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and overall efficiency of client inventory and common warehouse areas.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures to ensure equipment and materials are returned to proper locations.
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational standards.
- Assist with special projects, rework tasks, and other operational initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Can lift up to 40 pounds.
- Be willing and able to go through Brand Warehouse’s forklift certification.
- Has the ability to operate an electric pallet jack.
Safety & Compliance Requirements
- Must strictly adhere to OSHA regulations and all company safety policies.
- Zero tolerance for working under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or impairing medications.
- Required to wear appropriate PPE and follow all equipment safety protocols.
- Must immediately report unsafe conditions, accidents, or equipment issues.
Employment Status
This is an at-will position, meaning employment may be terminated by either the employee or the company at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with California law.
