Job description

Licensed Arizona Psychologist – OCD & Anxiety Specialist

W-2 Hourly | Primarily Remote | $105–$110/Clinical Hour

We are seeking an Arizona-licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our growing specialty practice focused on evidence-based treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions.

This is a W-2 hourly position that is primarily remote, with optional in-person flexibility near Scottsdale, Arizona. The role combines direct clinical work with opportunities for clinical supervision, consultation, and leadership.

Compensation & Growth

Arizona clinical services are compensated at $105–$110 per completed clinical hour, depending on experience, training, and qualifications. Clinicians are expected to maintain a minimum of approximately 20 clinical hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling and a willingness to offer a few evening hours.

We also plan to expand this clinician’s work into our affiliated Nebraska practice. Nebraska licensure is not required to apply—we will pay the costs of obtaining individual Nebraska psychologist licensure. Once licensed, Nebraska clinical services are currently compensated at $130–$150 per completed clinical hour.

Clinical Focus

Our practice specializes in OCD and anxiety treatment, utilizing evidence-based approaches including:

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT)
  • CBT and related evidence-based interventions

Experience with these approaches is preferred, but candidates do not need to be experts in every modality. We value excellent clinicians who want to continue developing specialty expertise.

The position also includes opportunities to provide supervision and case consultation to other clinicians.

What We Offer

  • W-2 hourly employment
  • Primarily remote work (option for fully remote)
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • QSEHRA health reimbursement benefit
  • CEU/professional development support
  • Clinical consultation and support
  • Practice-paid Nebraska licensure
  • Optional in-person work near Scottsdale

We handle credentialing, billing, collections, advertising, client acquisition, scheduling, and administrative operations so you can focus on clinical care and supervision.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a PhD or PsyD and a current individual Arizona psychologist license in good standing. Must meet qualifications for Nebraska Licensure (will be paid for by practice). Experience treating OCD/anxiety and providing supervision is preferred.

How to Apply

Please submit a resume/CV and brief cover letter describing your OCD/anxiety experience, relevant training (ERP, ACT, I-CBT), supervision experience or interest, and why this position interests you.
