We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Partnership Specialist to join our mission-driven team at Brain Power Wellness. You'll play a key role in expanding our reach across the country, bringing our innovative social-emotional learning programs to schools and communities in need. This is an opportunity to not only achieve ambitious sales goals but also to contribute to a greater cause.
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 annual compensation including commision, based on performance*. **This includes a $50,000 base salary and + 8% commission on sales (Please Note: the maximum salary this role can attain is set at an expected annual sales between $375,000 - $625,000)**
Responsibilities:
Manage and meet sales goals set by the CEO for BPW's local (NYC) & national expansion.
Creating and executing marketing campaigns to increase awareness of BPWs services and products, and targeting school districts and resources to expand BPW's presence within our current markets and new markets in other states.
Utilizing BPW's website, and social media platforms as marketing tools, obtaining BPW’s current mailing lists and expanding BPW's contacts and resources, & maximizing the partnership of our current school partners
Collaborating with the CEO to conduct in person and online presentations with the goal of signing up schools to purchase BPW's services and setting up meetings with school administrators, who are decision makers, interested in purchasing BPW's services.
Lead BPW training in schools in order to become knowledgeable of our services and to be able to discuss how our services meet specific SEL (social emotional learning) needs in the schools community.
Creating meetings between Partnership Specialist, CEO, & decision makers within school districts (e.g. Superintendents, District Leaders, and/or Principals) to market BPW's services and obtain contracts.
Collaborating with the curriculum department to create marketing materials targeting various educational audiences.
Establish long term partnerships with customers and turn them into our “Vision Partners” (i.e. by checking in throughout the term of the contract, work with them each school year to continue current services and expand services,
Maintaining a high level of subscription renewals to the online Learning Community and collaborating with the National Expansion Department to ensure access is granted.
Collaborate with the National Expansion & Operations Departments to troubleshoot any access issues with the Learning Community.
Evaluate customer satisfaction survey results with BPW’s management team, analyze the results, and develop & update strategies to gain new customers and maintain BPW’s current clients.
Utilize feedback from customer satisfaction surveys to develop impactful service implementation plans/contracts with our school partners for additional services.
Sell and coordinate mailing of BPW materials that support teachers in the classroom (e.g. posters, exercise cards, books). Collaborate with the Operations Department regarding mailing items to customers, and with the Accounting Department to invoice and receive payment.
Work with our Accounting Department to identify the payment procedure in different states; process purchase orders; and submit invoices for payment.
Be an ongoing support for customers regarding their questions, concerns, and suggestions.
Provide weekly reports to the CEO outlining sales goals and current progress.
Meet weekly with the CEO, your supervisor, to review monthly sales goals, discuss progress, and develop solutions to current obstacles to achieving sales goals and identify strategies to achieve revenue goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or business management preferred. However, a candidate with related experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals will take priority over a degree.
0 to 2 years sales, marketing and account management experience with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas and goals. Experience marketing to a national audience, selling services versus products and any experience in the wellness or educational field is strongly preferred !
Experience in budgeting, planning and executing sales campaigns, and a track record of achieving revenue goals is required !
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
Advanced time management skills
Ability to travel as needed.
