ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Brady Bennett - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Take customer payments, and follow up with late and non-pays.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in customer conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Insurance licensing is NOT required.
SCHEDULE & DETAILS:
  • Monday - Friday, ideally 1-5pm.
  • Pay: $12-15/hr with bonus opportunities up to $500/month.
