A Production Employee must be capable of modifying, repairing, or adjusting material as needed. The individual must be physically capable of lifting, moving, and installing components and will also be responsible for managing their inventory and tools and reporting shortages or tool needs to their lead. At times a PT1 may be asked to work on separate projects around the facility such as maintaining, repairing, or fabricating new components, R&D, etc. This is the entry level for this skill set.

• Identifying & organizing components, fixtures & trim & materials.
• Ability to read & understand prints & drawings.
• Basic computer skills.
• Maintain a clean & safe work environment.
• Follow instructions & collaborate with leadership & supervision.
• Must be willing & able to strictly follow processes and policies.
• Must be willing & able to adapt to quick changes to process, equipment, and material.
• Other duties as assigned.

• General Laborer. (1 Year minimum)
• Knowledge & experience with woodworking tools. (1 Year minimum)
• Knowledge & experience using hand & power tools. (1 Year minimum)

• Work is performed in an open-minded environment that allows for collaboration inside and outside of your department.
• You must be able to operate standard office equipment (desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, etc.).
• Must be able to walk short distances and within the factory occasionally to perform job duties when necessary.
• You may be stationary at a laptop or desktop computer for most of your day creating and compiling, preparing, and analyzing data that may include extensive reading and/or research.
• May have to express or exchange ideas verbally to clients or the public and to convey detailed spoken instructions to other employees accurately, loudly, or quickly.
• Work may require some weekend and evening work. No travel is expected. No remote work available currently.
