The Hotel General Manager leads all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences and strong financial performance. This role involves managing a large team, overseeing budgets, and driving marketing strategies to maintain and grow the hotel's market position. The General Manager reports directly to Corporate Headquarters and plays a key role in staff development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large team of 50+ staff members across departments
• Oversee and control hotel budget and financial performance
• Maintain exceptional customer relations to ensure guest satisfaction
• Lead daily operations to optimize efficiency and service quality
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Foster team development and professional growth

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hotel management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
