We are looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented professional who enjoys identifying top talent and thrives in a fast-moving environment. In this role, you will research, source, interview, and present strong candidates while managing multiple searches at once in a deadline-driven environment. This role requires someone comfortable working in an environment where priorities move quickly, and new tools and processes are introduced regularly.

What Youโ€™ll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and presenting high-quality sales candidates for our clients while managing multiple searches at once.

ยท Identify and source top sales candidates using LinkedIn, AI tools, databases, and research

ยท Build and manage candidate pipelines for multiple client searches

ยท Reach out to prospective candidates through LinkedIn, email, and other channels

ยท Contact qualified candidates by phone to introduce opportunities, clearly explain role responsibilities, and answer questions

ยท Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, motivation, and communication skills

ยท Create and refine job descriptions based on client requirements and role objectives

ยท Prepare clear candidate summaries and notes for client submission

ยท Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

ยท Maintain accurate candidate notes, interview feedback, and search activity within the recruiting system

ยท Track candidate progress, communication, and follow-ups

ยท Adjust sourcing strategies when initial approaches are not producing results

ยท Attend online client meetings and assist with client updates when required

ยท Prepare client update reports on search progress when required

ยท Learn and use recruiting technology, automation tools, and AI platforms

ยท Work closely with the team to move searches forward quickly and efficiently

ยท Must have a professional home office environment suitable for remote work

Compensation

ยท $21.00 per hour โ€” guaranteed 37.5 hours per week

ยท Monthly placement bonuses โ€” total earnings potential of $5,000+ per month

ยท This is a contract position with the opportunity to transition into an extended contract or permanent contract based on workload and business growth
