We are expanding our Acquisitions Team at Botkin Restoration! We’re currently hiring for a position within our Sales Department and are excited to welcome new talent to our growing company.

This is an in-office position based out of Robinson, PA. You’ll work directly with homeowners, wholesalers, and real estate agents across Western Pennsylvania to identify opportunities, analyze properties, and secure deals that fit our buy box. You will also need to drive to property appointments and meet with sellers in the field, so a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

What You’ll Do

•         Connect with local agents, wholesalers, and homeowners to uncover acquisition opportunities.

•         Learn our acquisitions process and what makes a property a good fit for our buy box.

•         Analyze real estate in Western PA — understanding property values, renovation costs, ARV, and market trends.

•         Negotiate and secure contracts that align with our investment criteria.

•         Drive to property appointments and seller meetings throughout Western PA.

•         Collaborate with the sales team to move deals through the pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

•         Real estate knowledge is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person.

•         Sales experience is helpful, but not required — we’ll train the right people.

•         Driven, competitive, and eager to grow.

•         Coachable and willing to learn new systems and strategies.

•         Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

•         Money motivated with a hunger to push beyond your limits.

•         Must be able to work in-office with our team in Robinson, PA.

•         Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation — you’ll be driving to appointments across Western PA.
