Service Account Specialist

This Service Account Specialist requires strong business acumen and will be working closely with teams located within the office as well as clientele outside of the office. While this role may require a strong background in support/admin, you will be required to have a working knowledge of using computer hardware and software to support the business and its teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with PSG Engineering Manager and Regional Inside Sales Manager for matters pertaining to file structure organization, maintenance, design, and modification.
• Coordinate with Sales Management regarding receipt of pipeline reports and coordinate with Sales Professionals to provide updates to their respective sales pipeline(s).
• Coordinate with Sales Management, PSG Engineering Manager, and Regional Inside Sales Manager regarding maintenance and upkeep of documents pertaining to agreements such as ASU Single-Shop, the Mojave Contract, or 1GPA.
• Assist in the processing of initial booking paperwork required to initialize projects.
• Coordinate cross-checks of bid list between BAS Inside Sales and PSG Group to ensure continuity of naming conventions, collaboration on projects, and reduced risk of duplicate opportunities.
• Support Bidding/CRM Software generated documentation creation, maintenance, and modification to ensure consistent continuity in terms and appearances while supporting the team mission and acting in compliance with Bosch Building Technologies mandates.
• Partner with the PSG Group and BAS Inside Sales to provide updates to workflow documentation in order to allow for seamless absorption of new roles, policies, technologies, and customers.
• Provide organization and promote collaboration in the project turnover process by ensuring that the appropriate parties from the Sales Team, BAS Inside Sales Team, and PSG Group are notified when a project is booked and a PM is assigned while noting the status of this process in the PSG Group and BAS Inside Sales collaborative Sharepoint.
• Coordinate centralization of training and reference documents within the Inside Sales and PSG Internal Sharepoint.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications, primarily Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to articulate ideas thoroughly and clearly through written and verbal communication, while being able to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working with tight deadlines, working under pressure to complete assigned tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with online purchasing and procurement of office supplies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with reception duties such as handling phone calls, mail distribution, greeting guests, and some scheduling or coordinating.
• Experience working with and coordinating office events, conference room scheduling, and handling on-site catering orders
• Knowledge of maintaining office supplies, machines, printers, screens, and inventory management software or systems.
• Experience coordinating corporate travel arrangements.
• Strong emotional intelligence to handle conflict and respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal/external clients.
• Strong ability to maintain organization, attention to detail, and reliability to create dependable work habits and functions.

• Must be able to effectively communicate, (ie see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment
