Customer Service Representative

Location: Boothwyn Pharmacy
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Shifts Available:

• 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

Boothwyn Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to patients, healthcare providers, and veterinary offices. This role combines customer service, relationship building, and inside sales to help grow our customer base while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients, providers, and customers professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer inquiries and document interactions accurately.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and generate new business through outbound calls.
• Promote Boothwyn Pharmacy's products and services.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and pharmacy systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience.
• Pharmacy or healthcare experience would be a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
